Large Party Booking Guidelines

GENERAL INFORMATION & GUIDELINES FOR PARTY ORGANISERS

GUEST SUPPLIED CAKE / BEVERAGES
All food and beverage consumed at the Six Mile Pub will be provided by the Pub with the exception of Birthday cakes and Wedding cakes. Please note that a Cake Service Charge of $1 per guest, will apply if flatware for cake service is required. It is ILLEGAL for anyone to consume alcoholic beverages not provided by the Pub. The only exception is BYOB Wine ( except U-Brewed ) which we will be happy to serve with a modest corkage charge.

GUESTS COUNT
Your Event Booking requires a menu choice and an approximate number of guests attending your event 14 days prior to your function with a final guaranteed number confirmed 7 business days prior to the event. You will be charged the guarantee or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.
An accurate guest count will allow us to staff appropriately to provide you our usual full, attentive and timely service, without the risk to you, of triggering a Minimum Charge of $20 per empty seat for absentee guest.

ALLERGIES
If any guests in your group have food allergies, you MUST inform us of necessary service details such as names of the guests and the nature of their allergies, in order for us to take the necessary precautions when preparing their food. We will always provide the utmost care but cannot under any circumstance guarantee that no allergic reaction may occur.

PRE-PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $20 per seat booked or pre-payment of food ordered, is required to confirm all bookings of 25 guests or more during peak times. This deposit may be applied to the bill minus any Minimum Charge per empty seat for absentee guests.

GRATUITY
Gratuity is, of course, voluntary. But 17% ( of after tax total ) is recommended on all party bills whether paid for as a single tab or separately by individual tabs.

CANCELLATIONS
Events canceled within 72 hours of the reservation time may be subject to a late cancellation charge, including the full amount of the deposit made. With good reasons, deposits made may be applied towards a future event at the Pub.

BAND / DANCE FLOOR CHARGES
If you wish to include any activity such as a Live Band and / or Dance Floor, a fee will be levied based on the number of seats that will be lost to accommodate these activities. The fee will be calculated at a rate of $25 for every seat lost to provide the space necessary to accommodate these activities. In addition, a Band Set-Up Charge of $100 will be levied. Bands will start no earlier than 9pm.

AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL
LCD Projector with Projection Screen: $100.00 PA System: $50.00.  These fees may be waived if minimum spends are met.

ROOM BOOKING MINIMUM SPENDS

Minimum Spends apply ONLY if you wish to book an entire room without having the number of guests to fill every seat in that room.  Minimum spends will NOT apply if your party is willing to share the space with another party/other guests.

ENTIRE PUB FOR PRIVATE EVENT: $15,000 ( 11am – 5pm / 6pm – 12am, Sun to Thur )

Minimum spends will be combined for events lasting more than 1 time period Prices do not include applicable taxes.

We are open for Safe Indoor Dining, Take-Out & Delivery during these hours.

Our Riverside Patio is open for seating between mid-Spring and mid-Fall.
